Saul Bass is easily one of my favorite graphic designers. Best known for his movie title sequences, he has also done fantastic poster and logo work. Recently, Jennifer Bass, his daughter, and Pat Kirkham put out Saul Bass: A Life in Film & Design, a retrospective of his work. It is hefty. It is huge. It is wonderful.
